Sizwe Mothusi, hailing from Kimberley in the heart of the Northern Cape, the capital of diamonds and raised in Vryburg, Northwest Province, embarked on a transformative journey to Cape Town in 2011 driven by a prophetic dream.

From humble beginnings as a barista at Vida e Caffe, he transitioned through retail at The Foschini Group as a product Specialist at The V&A Waterfront Totalsports in 2012, and ascended to roles in health and fitness at the Virgin Active Claremont Flagship Health Club, and onto the prestigious Virgin Active Silo District Collection Health Club as a Sales Executive Consultant in 2016 - 2018 - before finding his stride in property management at Berman Brothers Luxury Portfolio in 2018 till 2024 at one of the prestigious property Developments in The Atlantic Seaboard "The Estate Residence".

An advocate for client-centricity, Sizwe thrives on energizing interactions and cherishes moments with family. With a penchant for morning runs and a passion for networking, he embodies ambition and warmth in every endeavor.
