BANTRY BAY - BB020200

The site, which abuts the Table Mountain National Reserve on two sides, with only Lions Head behind it, is the largest remaining plot (1910 sqm) in Bantry Bay.  The plot is Bantry Bay's highest point and the views are of the full arc of the Atlantic Ocean in front of the site and of the Twelve Apostles and all of Lions Head behind the site.   

Access is via two cul-de-sac roads (Top Road and Arcadia Close) and therefore the site is completely private and exclusive.  The site dimensions are 44 metres frontage (all north facing) and over 60 metres in length with a gentle slope.  Bantry Bay is wind-free given its position.  

The council approved plans are Stefan Antoni Olmesdahl Truen Architects plans and there would be an ability to commence building immediately.
